Week 2!!

I lost 2.4 pounds this week!!  I really believe that I did a good job of tracking my points, though I did eat out a lot this week.  I haven’t quite figured out how I want to go about tracking my points when I eat out, but so far I’ve just decided to make the best choices possible.  Tuesday I had Moo Shu Vegetables, Wednesday I had vegetable fried rice (ok, maybe not the best), and last night I had 2 light sushi rolls…. WHOA, clearly I was craving Asian food this week!

This week I also worked out Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday!  I was planning to go to spin this morning, but I have a final project I’ve got to complete before 6PM (and I just started it today).

I’m really proud of myself and I’m really motivated to make various changes to my eating next week.  Life is good!
