 Dinner:

-Spinach salad

-Vegetable stir-fry

8 –Run with BF

9 — Workout before work @ gym

10 – Spin class @ 7AM

11 – Workout before work @ gym and workout with Wizard after work

12 – Workout after work @ gym

13 –  Workout before work @ gym

14 – Spin class @ 815AM

Weight Watchers

-Track points every day

-Don’t eat out!!

-Workout every day
