Grocery List

-Fruit (hoping for grapes, berries, bananas– but we’ll see what’s good)
-Veggies (celery, spinach)

Meal Ideas

Breakfast:

-Oatmeal with PB2 and Flaxseed

-Eggs with turkey bacon and veggies

-Kashi cereal with soy milk

 Lunch @ work:

-Curry Chicken Salad over spinach

 Snacks @ work:

-Cottage Cheese
-fruit

 Dinner:

-No idea… I’m going to play it by ear.  Lots of after work plans this week 🙂

Workout Plan

1 –Run with BF

2 — Workout before work @ gym

3 – Spin class @ 7AM and Zumba with Wizard and BF’s sister after work

4 – Workout before work @ gym

5 – Off

6 –  Workout before work @ gym

7 – Off (working at commencement)

Weight Watchers

-Track points every day

-Weight in Saturday

-Eat more vegetables
